Attached you will find a memo regarding a new MBTA Right-of-Way (ROW) Addendum
On April 18, 2023, the MBTA was directed by the FTA to prohibit access to the ROW unless individuals accessing the ROW have been trained on new materials and practices. The MBTA is in the process of developing the ROW Addendum and needs information from its consultants to plan the corresponding training and tracking mechanisms.
To ensure that the MBTA is correctly prioritizing everyone who requires access to the ROW, we are requesting that all organizations complete this form (https://forms.office.com/g/jnCwAeMX8E) for each contract they have with the MBTA. Forms must be completed by COB on 4/28/23.
