New Engineering Directive E-24-002 is on the use of Item 748. Mobilization on certain construction contracts.
This directive supersedes Engineering Directive E-02-002, and removes the requirement to use Item 748. Mobilization on contracts administered by work order, such as Various Location, Districtwide, and Scheduled and Emergency Repair contracts. This directive is effective immediately and applies to all contracts not yet advertised for construction.
