Federal election law requires ACEC/PAC to obtain prior authorization from eligible member firms before soliciting certain employees for contributions. Prior authorization does not obligate a firm or any individual employee to contribute to ACEC/PAC. It simply permits ACEC/PAC and ACEC/MA to communicate with eligible employees about opportunities to support the PAC.
