Updated for the FY2020 Emerging Leaders Course that Starts on March 5, 2020
The Commonwealth Corporation's Express Program assists companies with 100 or fewer employees to address their employee training needs through a list of pre-registered courses. Companies must pay into the Workforce Training Fund to be eligible to apply for grant funds. Eligible employers complete a short, on-line application to request grant funds for pre-registered training courses.
Grant funds are limited to $3,000 per employee per course and $30,000 per company per calendar year. A company whose request has been approved will be reimbursed for up to 50% of the actual cost of training. Courses (such as OSHA) that a company is legally mandated to provide to its employees are not eligible for reimbursement under this grant program. You may only request reimbursement for training individuals who are on your company’s payroll and work in Massachusetts.
Firms may apply for Express Grants for ACEC/MA's Leadership Education Programs:

Training Options: Commonwealth Corporation has compiled a training directory to assist Express Program applicants. Applicants must select a pre-registered course from this directory at the time of application.
