On behalf of ACEC/MA President Rebecca Williamson, we are pleased to announce the FY2027 leadership of the Transportation Agencies Liaison Committee (TALC) and its Partnering Committees.
These volunteer leaders work closely with Massachusetts transportation agencies to strengthen communication, foster collaboration, and advance issues important to the engineering industry. Partnering Committee Co-Chairs serve staggered two-year terms to provide continuity in leadership while creating opportunities for new volunteers to become involved.
We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who expressed interest in serving this year, and especially those stepping into new leadership roles. Your willingness to volunteer your time and expertise is essential to the success of these committees.

Update Your Firm’s TALC Partnering Committee Representatives
As we begin FY2027, some member firms have not yet designated their representatives for one or more TALC Partnering Committees. To ensure your firm receives meeting invitations, committee updates, and other important information throughout the year, please complete the online Partnering Committee Appointment Form. Committee rosters are reset every fiscal year, which began on July 1, so even if you are remaining your firm representative, you must indicate so via the form below.
Important: Only one person per ACEC/MA Member Firm will be appointed to a particular public agency partnering committee. ACEC/MA may call upon other firm leaders for input on particular issues, but please coordinate with your team, so that only 1 person from your firm signs up for a particular public agency partnering committee and does not sign up for another public agency partnering committee.
