ACEC/MA - Human Resource Forum and the WTS-Boston Chapter Diversity Committee (Women’s Transportation Seminar-Boston Chapter) have teamed up to host this exciting event.

Housed at the John McCormack Graduate School of Policy and Global Studies of the University of Massachusetts Boston, Commonwealth Compact was born in 2007 of twin convictions:

1) that Massachusetts history demonstrates the economic and social benefits of diversity

2) and that our state's current reputation as an unwelcoming place for people of color must be turned completely around if we want to achieve our potential.

To change both that negative reputation, and the reality that too often still contributes to it, civic leaders created Commonwealth Compact to encourage organizations to make significant progress by measuring themselves annually on a detailed series of Benchmarks http://www.mccormack.umb.edu/commonwealthcompact/benchmarksinitiative.php
The Compact works with existing programs, and will provide additional resources, including a talent database. Our forum will be an excellent opportunity to introduce Commonwealth Compact to the AEC industry.

Space limited to 40 people, first come, first serve. Light breakfast available, with thanks to SMMA.
RSVP to Kerry Wollner, ACEC/MA HR Forum Co?chair, at Symmes Maini and McKee Associates, (SMMA), kwollner@smma.com or Tel: 339-221-2606.

No charge to attend this program, but you must be a member of ACEC/MA or WTS. If your firm is an ACEC/MA member, you are a member
