This program will focus on public agency compliance with current and anticipated storm water regulations, most specifically the EPA’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Storm Water General Permit Programs.  We will hear from the US EPA on prior and proposed permits, representatives of key transportation and recreation agencies in Massachusetts about their in-house initiatives and programs to address storm water management compliance, and a representative from Massachusetts Municipal Association (MMA) on proposed legislation to ban phosphorous: H. 3270.
