Overcoming Barriers for Successful Public/Private Partnerships
An ACEC/MA Breakfast Program
Tuesday, December 13, 2011

 Westin Waltham, Waltham, MA
7:30 AM Registration & Continental Breakfast, 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM Program

In today’s economy, there continues to be a surge in Public-Private Partnership (P3) activity across the Commonwealth as joint development through P3s allows important infrastructure projects to be built and maintained.  P3s require a close collaboration between public agencies and private developers, with both successes and missed opportunities.  This program will focus on identifying P3 barriers and discuss ways in which they could be minimized for P3 relationships to be more fruitful, more efficient, and more common.
