ACEC/MA Odyssey Leadership Program

ACEC/MA once again is pleased to offer the highly rated 2010-2011 Odyssey Leadership Program, a part of the ACEC/MA Leadership Development Program. The  nine session Odyssey program, starting on October 7, 2010, is a leadership skills development program for the mid to senior level managers in design firms that will change the way you motivate, inspire, lead and grow people. These skills, applied to staff, create more motivated, more productive, and more loyal professionals. Applied externally to clients, these skills build trust and confidence and can give a competitive edge in the market.
