Any engineering or surveying firm is eligible to enter the awards program, whether or not the firm is a member of ACEC.
Projects entered in the competition may have been executed anywhere in the world.
Projects must have been substantially completed and ready for use between November 1, 2008 and October 31, 2010.
Firms must obtain endorsement/release from the client/owner to enter.
A firm may submit multiple entries. B. How to Submit an Entry
A completed entry form and fee must be received at The Engineering Center by 5:00 PM on October 15, 2010.

The five finalists at the state level are eligible to submit to the ACEC national competition.
